Ep 07: The Art of Harnessing Hope

Today’s episode is all about “The Art of Harnessing Hope.

Harnessing Hope is the act of opening a doors to allow yourself to experience more and more joy.

Hope as described by a dictionary is;

A feeling or expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. A feeling of trust. To cherish a desire with anticipation. To desire with expectation of obtainment.

To understand what hope looks like and how we can cultivate it, let us explore-

1. looking forward into your future

2. learning how to create that which we can look forward to

Cultivating, creating and harnessing hope. How do we do this? Good Question. For some its easy, for others its not. Depression is often on the other side of hope.

This episode is for those of us who need a reminder an outline, some suggestions.

Remember Carl Jung said “if you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten”. ¬†

Or you must do things differently to get different results.

You will need visual tools and audio or audible tools.
