- Ep: 57 Eight Foods To Avoid For Better Health
Today’s episode is about the eight foods that I recommend avoiding for better health, however I also encourage you to make your own list, if my list is too far from where you are now. I mention that being honest with yourself is important, knowing what you are putting in your body, how many calories, how much is good for you and how much of what you eat or drink is toxic?
I also mention one of my go to salad dressings, but I left out a key ingredient: Lime Juice. So the dressing, is avocado, lime juice, balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil.
The 8 foods on my list; oil, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, chips, bread, salt, flour, gluten and all processed foods with emphasis on candy. Some of these were combined with others.
I also mention that Chlorophyll and Hemoglobin differ by only one atom . Magnesium for chlorophyll and Iron for Hemoglobin. I share this because I want you to eat more plants and ask yourself daily, did I eat any chlorophyll today?
