Today’s Episode is about feeling better. ¬†You will feel your very best when you are eating more fruits and vegetables. The more fruits and vegetables, the more vitamins, minerals, fiber and water content.

I talk about developing a menu plan and a meal plan, reducing significantly animal proteins and involving the family as much as possible. I also talk about meals do not have to be long and cumbersome. A meal can be just watermelon or just bananas.

Here are some of my cookbook favorites; The Homemade Vegan Pantry by Miyoko Schinner, Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen by Richa Hingle, The Forest Feast by Erin Gleeson and The Plant Power Way by Rich Roll and Julie Piatt. I also will give you a favorite juicing book, Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko.

Remember, you can just google how to make anything for free, cookbooks are more about the joy of reading and getting inspired than having to have a book to be successful.
