Your first STEPS …add these to your life…
Add lentils to your diet, you ask what are lentils ? They are a legume. You can find them in your bulk section in your local grocery store. Red Lentils which are orange (odd) are delicious. Rince 2.5 cups add then to 6 cups water. Add seasonings like cumin, chili powder, and turmeric. You can google recipes to help vary their favor. You can also saute onion and garlic and spinach. Try not using oil use water instead. Toss them in and cook. When using an Instant Pot it takes 15 minutes. Salt at the table with some hot sauce.
For breakfast, add bananas, berries, and pineapples as snacks or on top of oatmeal.

Add cucumber slices …dip them in hummus or balsalmic vinegar with maple syrup and gourmet mustard.
Add cauliflower and broccoli steamed, roasted or raw.
